The Tessa – This lamp sprang out of the
remaining Montesa two-stroke. The cylinder
holds a battery-powered clock that is easily
removed from the front for service. The round
back is the magneto with a small light inside that
illuminates the clock and a couple of red lenses
placed in the back. There are several types of
springs and gears leading to the original
Montesa piston. The down light and arm raises
or lowers and swings left or right. 26” tall, 18”
wide, 11” base, three way switchable.
$225 (plus shipping)
The Montesa – Side case, cylinder head and
various clutch and tranny parts came together to
make this “Banker Style” lamp. Fashioned from
an old Montesa 250 two-stroke, the plug is still in
the head! Each of the two bulbs are individually
switched with pull chains under the side case,
which acts as the shade. The "M" is black on the
shade. 18” tall, 8” base, shade is 12” x 6”.

The Desmo Rose – Made from a Ducati 250 race
motor that destroyed itself from lack of oil. The
clutch basket was drilled for lightening when
racing. I incorporated the broken chain that was
welded to the drive sprocket when the motor
must have exploded. 22” tall, 8” base, three way
switchable.

Starfire – The simplest one that I have done.
Just on or off. I used parts from everything
including a Harley poston cut in half like a bowl.

Taken to Task –This lamp is currently being
modified. We will let you know when it is ready in
it's new form.
Flame Thrower – I built this lamp as a Christmas
gift for my son. He is an avid reader so the lamp
features a directional reading lamp as well as a
night light and a flicker light to emulate candle
light. I added a couple of CO2 cartridges and a
fuel tap to give it the appearance of a "hopped up
oil lamp".
SOLD
Lizlite – This simple bedside reading light was
built for my wife.
