Thanks for going the extra distance in wrapping and packing the
Luce Insana. It arrived today in one piece and totally intact. I've got
to tell you, as good as your web photos are, physically seeing and
holding this piece takes things to a whole new level. I've got to admit
I was totally blown away. Any apprehensions of spending this much
on a lamp quickly dissipated. This is definitely going to blow some
minds. Thanks again. I'll be in touch.

Today was my first day back at work following vacation, so it was
the first time for me to take the lamp in and set it up. Everybody was
diggin' it when they came by the edit bay. Basic response was
dropped jaws.
